Physicians and researchers have revealed their relationship and expressed their concern over it as a large percentage of the adults of developed countries, like the USA and UK, are suffering from obesity. According to a survey by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), more than 80 percent of people with Type 2 Diabetes, the most common form of the disease, are obese or overweight.

Is Wheat Really Bad for You? As in Toxic?
Despite what the food pyramids of our childhood told us, wheat may not be all it's cracked up to be. In fact, it could be downright toxic.
If you aren't on a gluten-free diet, you almost certainly know people who are. (For those who don't know, gluten is a protein found in high amounts in wheat, barley and rye. Those who are gluten sensitive and Celiacs can't properly digest gluten, which creates LOADS of other problems.)
I know I thought it was just some weird fad at first, like so many other diets. It just didn't make sense to me that so many people could suddenly think bread was bad for them. Gosh, bread has been part of the human diet for millenia, and now, all of a sudden, people are just now realizing it's bad? Seemed kind of fishy to the skeptic in me.

Why Too Many Carbs Make You Hungry and Fat
Carbohydrates a.k.a. “Carbs” a.k.a. sugars and starches are one of the 3 types of nutrients that contain calories in our diet. The other two types are proteins and fats. Sugars are simple carbohydrates and are the most easily digested carbs. Two examples of sugars are sucrose which is cane or beet sugar, and fructose which is fruit sugar including corn syrup which can be further refined into the dreaded high fructose corn syrup. Starches are more complex and take longer to digest. In fact, the body breaks down starches into sugars in the process of digestion. Examples of starchy foods are seeds such as wheat, corn or rice, beans, and tubers such as potatoes.
Once the digestive tract breaks the carbs we eat down into sugars, these sugars enter the bloodstream and are used to maintain the body’s functions.

Dieters often complain that though they are eating less, they don’t seem to be losing the weight that they should. This problem is not in their imagination, it is related to a person’s Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and the human body’s natural defense against starvation. The BMR is the amount of calories a person burns on a daily basis just to “stay alive”. These calories are burned to maintain the body’s temperature of 98.6 Fahrenheit or so and to maintain the body’s tissues. How to Burn 500 Calories a Week by Drinking Water!
It is a fact, a person can burn calories and lose weight just by changing the way they drink water!
To understand why this is so, one must have a basic knowledge of the definition of a calorie. A Calorie (Capital C) is the amount of energy needed to raise the temperature of one liter of water on degree Celsius. Now a few facts:
Water turns to ice at about zero degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit).
The normal human body temperature is about 37 degrees Celsius (98.6 Fahrenheit).
One liter of water is equal to about 33.8 ounces of water.
So, if a person drinks a glass of ice cold water,
