I have lost weight over and over and have experienced the Yo-Yo game of dieting personally. I was frustrated and disappointed until I found the solution. There is an abundance of false information and outright lies about dieting. Many billions are spent and the problem is getting worse and worse. If we keep doing the same thing this trend will not stop, ever.
My story is a similar one. I can lose weight. It’s easy. Walk a lot, run a lot, move your body. Eat low calorie/low carb, low fat foods. Eating raw vegetables works on practically everyone, every time. Expect to lose about a pound a day by eating tons and tons of raw vegetables. But keeping it off is a completely different story. 5 times, I lost 20 pounds in about a month and gained it all back, in about a month. Nothing is more frustrating than throwing all of your hard work away, and gaining back the weight you worked so hard to lose. Well, it’s all fixed now because I discovered a plan that really worked to keep the weight off. And my weight problem is now permanently gone. Here’s how:
The first step is to lose the weight.
Here is a list of solutions for you to do that:
HCG Diet Shots - Expect to lose 1/2 to 1 pound a day.
HCG Diet Drops - Expect to lose 1/2 to 1 pound a day.
Another way is to eat raw vegetables and fruit only. This is a guaranteed way to lose all of the weight very fast. Eat just fruit in the morning and large raw salads/juices for lunch and dinner. Mainly green leafy vegetables. - Expect to lose 1/2 pound a day.
There are soups that you can eat with only green vegetables that will help you to lose about 1/2 a pound a day. Boil a huge pot of all your favorite green veggies.
The main thing about dieting is not gaining back the weight. It’s no fun to lose the weight and then to gain it back. If you are completely certain that you will not gain the weight back then you will have an easier time losing the weight. It’s permanent and the work done will not be lost! A habit is formed in 21 days. Good or bad. The brain can be reprogrammed in 21 days also. Your weight can be reset in 21 days. Just 21 days and your hypothalamus gland will permanently set your weight.

OK, So, you’ve lost all of the weight that you needed to lose. Let’s say that, for instance, you are at 150. Nervousness kicks in, you don’t want to gain and have your work thrown all away.
For 21 days, you must stay between 148 and 152. 2 pounds up or down, that’s all that is allowed. Eat no carbohydrates or sugars and be easy on the fat. If you gain more than 2 pounds, do a steak day.
Steak day: Eat nothing all day, tea, coffee, water is allowed. At night, have a large grass fed organic steak, 8-16 Oz. and a tomato with no salt.
The next morning you will have lost the 2-3 pounds and your weight will be reset!! Continue for 21 days this way. Once the 21 days is up, slowly add more fats and then eventually carbohydrates and you will never gain again. Your hypothalamus gland will be reset. You must stay away from artificial sweeteners, GMO foods, pesticides, preservatives and hormone-fed meat. Eat organic and you will never gain weight again. Walk close to an hour a day minimum and exercise if you can.
