Why people fail at the HCG Diet

I have been in the diet industry for 6 years.  I’m hands on, listening to patients, working with them.  I listen to their complaints and successes.  I ask for complaints to learn how I can further help them to reach their goals, with as little effort as possible.  It just really upsets me when people give up or fail, it’s not often but it does happen occasionally.  Coaching is so vital, read on please.

Here’s a scenerio:  Jan says “Coach, I’ve done the diet to a T, and I’m not losing any weight, what is wrong?  I’m starving!!”

 

Being the Coach, I have to dig a bit.  I ask “What did you have for breakfast?”  2 cups of coffee with stevia and 1 teaspoon of Half and Half”

Great, and lunch?   “I skipped it”  Dinner? “Lamb and a salad with goat cheese”

“Popcorn for a snack and I ate my 2 apples also.”

“Since I’m hungry, I chew gum to try to keep my mind off of it.”

“Last night I had pie as I’m so frustrated!!”

The HCG diet is a VERY, VERY strict diet.  I repeat, VERY strict!

With that being said, it’s a very easy diet also. Simple as can be. If you understand it, it’s super easy.

Understanding the diet can bring about more success...effortlessly.

The above scenario is a real one.

Here’s where I come in “Jan, I know that we can get you moving again......first off forgive yourself, completely.  It’s over, you aren’t the first person to slip a bit.”

“You are down 6 pounds in 15 days, let’s get you moving faster and smoother.  1st off, nix the gum, unless it’s Stevia or all natural.  These artificial sweeteners in almost all gum are poison.  They will make you tired, hungry, addicted to food and FAT. Never chew gum unless it’s sweetened with Stevia or Xylitol.  It triggers your brain to store fat in unnatural areas and will make you ravenously hungry!

"OK, we need to get you into ketosis (burning fat rapidly).  Once this happens, your body will be burning 2-3,000 calories a day and this will feed you quite well.  You’ll have tons of energy and will feel fabulous.

Follow the diet perfectly for a day or so (the toughest time) and then your body will kick in the fat burning process.  I’ve seen it thousands and thousands of times.  All of the sudden, you are NOT HUNGRY and feel great and you’ll start losing 1/2 to 1 full pound a day.

"Don’t skip a meal, it’ll mess everything up.  And no fat, cheese, etc.  Stick to the exact ingredients only. You can do this!  Once you are losing so much weight so fast, trust me, you will not care!  And I have some great recipes..... and you will not want the Pie, I promise!  You will do great, just call me if you have any questions or need any guidance whatsoever.  Let’s follow it strict for 2 days and I promise, it will get easy as pie (without the pie!)"

You get the idea, there is an answer to all of the problems and the diet really works every time it is applied properly.
